Personnel and Secretariat Position

Alwadi Communications announces to have a vacancy in the personnel and Secretariat position with the following tasks:
• Follow-up of staff contracts
• Follow-up and coordination of staff leave
• Follow-up of time-sheets
• Conduct research and prepare presentations related to HR
• To propose and organize training courses for staff
• Talk with staff about the problems they faced
• Preparation and follow-up Invoices
• Preparation of correspondences and memos
• Filing
• Receiving calls

Applicant should poses the following attributes:
• possess the ability to communicate effectively with others
• Desire to self-develop
• Punctuality, commitment and delivery of work
• to exhibit enough understanding of administrative work requirements

Skills required for this position:
• Sufficient knowledge of computers and office applications; especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• have the ability to edit correspondence in both Arabic and English
• to have at least one year of experience

Working days are from Saturday to Thursday and from 8:30 until 17:30
